Our values

We honor and respect the pioneers and legends who came before us. 

Humility & Discretion are the cornerstone values passed down by our Elders that we hold dear to our hearts. Those exact values shape the rules and policies that govern our operations. In practice this means we had decided, for a period of two years, to strictly keep our media shots limited to showing the ocean only and show no backdrop whatsoever, in order to first discern where the foiling territory is and where it is not, so that we can keep our blades and machines completely away from surfers and all others at all times. This distinction defines where we can go safely and play and where we will not. Now that we have reached that understanding and its implications, we are happy to showcase the beauty of our sport and also the absolutely gorgeous backdrop that Costa Rica has to offer, knowing we can still maintain our love, respect and coexistence with surfers and all the wonderful people we share the ocean with.
